The quality of the final finish needed to be very high as the entrance to the six star hotel was through the centre of the marina.The marina was required to handle 50+ metre mega yachts in a very tight basin area and given the very irregular shape of the basin a very creative layout design was required to maximize the water space whilst meeting all of the clients many special needs.
