Special Challengers: The site had very limited water space and it was important that the marina integrated well with the long narrow site. This coupled with a floating attenuation requirement for berth protection called for some unique design solutions. The integration of the berths as a design feature of the resort hotel created an additional attraction and special interest to the hotel as a destination as well as creating badly needed berths in a tight area. The creation of private berths under the apartment towers contributed to the marketing features and increased value of the properties. More Projects
