Special Challengers: The client requested that it was important to accommodate the local fishing community and therefore a separate basin was created with a direct link to a specially designed morning seafood wet market where the local could sell product and create a special feature focus for the development as a whole. A fixed jetty water sports club facility was designed to connect the mega yacht berths to the development and minimise dredging costs as well as providing a stunning viewing platform for yacht and boat racing events.
